• Free general admission is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed and may be restricted based on capacity or other factors.

• All attendees must present valid proof of registration, whether digital, printed, or otherwise indicated.

Cancellation and Changes

Paid Tickets

• Cancellations by Attendees: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or no-shows. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

• Rescheduling: For events requiring individual scheduling (e.g., driving lessons), rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Requests made within 24 hours of the session may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited.

Free General Admission

• Free tickets or registrations cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Admission is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to capacity limits.

Event Cancellations by Organizers

• If we fully cancel or reschedule an event, paid ticket holders will be offered the following options: Full refund of the ticket price or admission to the rescheduled event at no additional cost.

• Free general admission attendees will not be eligible for compensation or alternative arrangements.

No Liability for Unforeseen Changes

• We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation fees, or other expenses incurred by attendees due to event changes or cancellations.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Processing fees, service charges, or add-ons (e.g., merchandise, and VIP packages) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Code of Conduct

• All attendees must behave respectfully and follow event staff instructions.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event.

• Harassment, vandalism, or violation of safety guidelines will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from future events.

Safety and Liability

• Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The event organizer and associated parties are not liable for injuries, vehicle damage, or personal property loss during the event.

• Attendees are responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet safety and legal standards if participating in driving activities.

• By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. Media may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
