Cancellation Policy

Liability Waiver and Indemnification By participating in the Sun Under LLC event, I/we agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sun Under LLC, its employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and all associated entities from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from my/our participation in the event, including but not limited to any damage to vehicles, equipment, property, or injury to persons involved in my/our display, demonstration, or any other activities related to the event. Payment Terms & Refund Policy I/we agree to pay the designated fee upon confirmation of our attendance. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event may reschedule for a future event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 days of the event. Payment for the selected attendance spot is due no later than 5 days prior to the date of the event. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling In the event that Sun Under LLC needs to reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the payment made by the attendee will automatically roll over to the rescheduled event. If the event is canceled in full with no plan to reschedule, the attendee will receive a full refund of the paid attendance fee. Sun Under LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the attendee due to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other associated expenses. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES The following are prohibited: - Sale of counterfeit or illegal merchandise. - Sale of alcoholic beverages. - Use of amplified music or DJ equipment without prior approval. - Display or distribution of offensive, unlawful, or hazardous materials. - Cooking methods that create excessive smoke or open flames (unless permitted by Sun Under LLC).
